We’re looking for people to join Pure Cremation team as Private Ambulance Crew. You don’t need experience to do this job, just a genuine desire to help people at the time they need it most.

We succeed by helping people through difficult times with compassion, respect, and care. As a Private Ambulance Crew member, you will be at the very heart of our business, delivering an excellent service to the deceased and their families.

As part of our Private Ambulance Crew, you will collect the deceased from their place of passing and bring them into our care with the highest of standards, dignity and respect, to our purpose built facility in Andover.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect the deceased from a range of locations and scenarios, in a professional, empathetic and dignified manner
- Carry out support activities whilst on site, including the care and preparation of the deceased
- Update and maintain records, on both written and digital platforms, in line with processes and regulations

**What we would expect from you**:

- Appearance - Be smart and well presented in the provided uniform at all times, ensuring that your vehicle is presented in a similar manner.
- Communication - Have excellent listening and communication skills to be able to answer customer questions, delivering outstanding Customer care; being especially aware that some customers may be vulnerable.
- IT Skills -Become expert in the use of our internal IT systems and ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with its utilisation.

The successful applicant will hold a valid full driving licence (with less than 6 points), be willing to travel across the whole of England and Wales

You will be physically fit as the role is physically demanding, and involves manual handling.

44 hours per week, 4 nights on, 4 night off. Salary: £36,379.20.00 to per annum.

This role can include long distance journeys including working beyond normal shift times from time to time, as needed, so a flexible approach to work is required.
