**About the Job**:
Active Recruitment are looking for a Teacher of Chinese for an outstanding school based in Brentwood, Essex. Our client is a high achieving, 11-19 school based in Essex.

As well as teaching Chinese Mandarin, our client is also a Confucius Classroom, manages the Essex-Jiangsu Resources Centre and delivers the DFE Mandarin Excellence programme, which involves supporting other local schools in the teaching of Mandarin.

**Requirements**:
Mandarin is taught from Years 7 to 11 as part of the Mandarin Excellence Programme and in the 6th form as part of the International Baccalaureate, A Level and at ab Initio, for those who wish to start learning this language in the Sixth Form.

**The Client**:
Our client is an 11-19 mixed comprehensive school based in Brentwood, close to the local train station.
