**FORENSIC SUPPORT WORKERS - COMMUNITY BASED SUPPORT - SINGLE LOCATION**

- **Private home working direct with a single clients 1-1**:

- **Full time Permanent 24 or 36 or 42-hour contract + overtime available (8am to 4pm, 4pm to 11pm).**

**About the Client**:
**This is a local Southampton based company offer support work to LD clients in Southampton central.**

**The client offers extensive training and support with the role and is a highly professional organisation.**

**The role is a no personal care role working with a single client with learning disabilities.**

**This role can involve ex offender work so the process will be strict.**

**What we are looking to recruit for a Forensic Support Worker**:

- **Currently we wish to recruit Support Workers, for Full-Time or Part Timepositions (24 or 36 or 42 hour contracts).**:

- **_Wonderful private house looking after a male clients with learning disabilities spectrum (No personal care)._**:

- **Do you like every day to be different you could be day to day support including medicine, community help like shopping, activities like cinema or working alongside them with occupation needs and support. Other areas can involve cooking, assistingliving and dealing with challenging behaviour.**

**Key Duties for a Forensic Support Worker**:

- **To deliver Person Centred Care**:

- **Providing support at levels working closely with other support workers**:

- **Challenging behaviour to be expected but at a low level.**:

- **Identify at all times the client needs and requirements**:

- **Support client to live and work in the community and to live a fulfilling daily life.**:

- **Support clients to remain as independent as possible while being supported**:

- **Ability to work in a team and create a co-operative, friendly and welcoming atmosphere with the client**

**About you**:

- **The ideal applicants will have previous experience in a Support role however, we will consider applicants with the right attitude and aptitude for training.**:

- **You will have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients**:

- **Applicants will be able to work well as part of a team or work independently.**:

- **Must be flexible in the hours you can work, to include being able to work alternate weekends.**:

- **An enhanced DBS will be required.**
