As a talented Country Logistics Network & Process Controller, you will operate and monitor logístical activities within customer services throughout the end-to-end spare parts supply chain from our Worldwide Distribution Centre in Germany to customer service engineers across Great Britain and Ireland, and then the same in reverse.

In this Country Logistics Network & Process Controller role, you can expect to:

- Interface with external logistic providers and warehouses to ensure they maintain a high level of service
- Ensure stock reconciliation and stock holding reports are generated and supplied to the finance team
- Monitor goods receipt bookings and invoice and credit postings to ensure all appropriate steps are completed within a reasonable timeframe
- Generate weekly/monthly performance and inventory reports for management, including material return credit losses
- Manage and justify all open and return purchase orders created within the Customer Care Centre and initiate any stock adjustment bookings as required and invoice
- Highly numerate with excellent commercial acumen
- Previous SAP experience (desirable)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- The ability to deal with customers and staff at all levels
