As an award winning Mortgage Advisor with office's across the South, our client takes pride in their ability to offer multiple Financial Services and advice while continuously looking after their clients needs. They are now looking for a Receptionist to join their Taunton office.
As Receptionist you will
- Be solely responsible for the reception area by providing a fantastically friendly, enthusiastic, positive and proactive client service
- Welcome clients giving them an excellent first impression and ensuring they are comfortable during their visit
- Provide administration support to the Wealth Management Client Relationship team
- Integrity and discretion are key in this role and all client enquires will be dealt with in this manner
- Maintain door security in accordance with GDPR, signing in of visitors and reporting any suspicious activity to the GDPR Compliance Team
- Answering telephone calls and forwarding them on to the relevant individual
- Manage the meeting room diary so you are able to best support clients and colleagues
- Recognise the client needs in order to support them best. This may involve identifying resolutions and directing the client to the best person to provide support
- Organise and maintain all meeting rooms ensuring you provide the best experience providing refreshments and/or catering as and when appropriate during meetings
- Oversee stock of client refreshments
- Open, sort and distribute the company's post with discretion
- Knowledgeable about the history of the company, it's divisions and product offerings
- Assist and support the team, your colleagues and the Company as required
