**Keane Property Services** is looking for a **Part time School Cleaner** to join our team in the location of Sawbridgeworth.

**The role is for a school clean and tasks include**:

- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of all floors
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces, including desks, chairs, shelves, and inside windows.
- Disinfecting high-touch areas, such as door handles, light switches, and handrails
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Bin removal and replacement of liners
- Spot cleaning of walls and other surfaces as needed
- Additional cleaning tasks as agreed upon
- You must have your own vehicle and full UK driving licence as you will be required to drive.
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
- Good communication skills
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but full training will be provided

**Working days/times**:

- Monday to Friday
- 3 hours per day, anytime after 3.30pm
- DBS check required at company cost

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
