- Utilization of driver/vehicle fleet to maximize profitability.
- Organize, update, and maintain databases for operational activities.

Key Tasks
Transport Operations:

- Control all transport fleet including, driver/vehicle coordination to best meet customer demands.
- Liaise with customers with pricing and other necessary information.
- Control and maintain security at all times of all incoming/outgoing daily mail including courier consignments.
- Control and manage vehicle operations to meet compliance with legal driver's hours & regulations.
- General administration support - Data Entry
- Deliver individual and departmental KPI's.
- The Company reserves the right to vary or amend the duties and responsibilities of the post holder at any time according to the needs of the Company's business.
**Job Description**:

Educational background / Work experience
- Experience in Transport Management
- AVSEC - CO Trained
- Air freight experience is a preference
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Computer Literacy
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
- The ability to adapt to in-house operating systems.
Hours of Work
- Monday - Friday 2 Shift Patterns
- 10.00am - 19-30 Monday to Friday
- 11.00am - 19-30 Monday to Friday on call every 3rd week.
- 30 Minutes for lunch
- 42.5 working week.
