An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Statutory Special Educational Needs Assessment, Planning and Review Team, in the role of Pre-14 Team Lead.

As Pre-14 Team Lead you will work closely with the Pre-14 Team Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day advice and support for the Pre - 14 Senior Inclusion Officers which will also include regular contact with parents and carers, schools and settings and involved professionals.

You will be skilled send a SEND professional who will be confident in working under the terms of the Children and Families Act 2014 and associated regulations.

You will be resilient highly motivated and committed with a strong eye for attention to detail.

You will have previous proven experience of accurate recording and reporting of information using IT and be passionate about driving improvements in processes and send operating procedures

You will need to have experience of using Excel to record reports and analyse data and be confident within your IT skills to learn new systems.

You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and process and possess the ability to develop sound relationships with a range of stakeholders across services education professionals and families.
