**About the job**
- Operating a busy switchboard
- Taking and dealing with external and internal calls
- Communicating messages effectively
- Using the internal tannoy and radio systems
- Greeting visitors
- General administration duties.
- Working days, evenings, weekends

Basic keyboard skills with the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel would be an advantage.
