**The Role - Long-Term Schedule Planner**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- The Schedule planning team are responsible for the Development and Delivery of easyJet’s flying Schedule. Within this central planning function, we cooperate with areas across the business to deliver on a great flying programme for our customers.

Reporting into easyJet’s Long-Term Schedule Manager, this role is responsible to deliver easyJet’s schedule design 2-5 years out, supporting long-term schedule operational resilience and overall airline profitability.

**You will**:

- Build scenarios to explore structural schedule changes required to accommodate improved operational resilience, optimised commercial returns, crew efficiencies, asset utilisation and enhancing our slot portfolio according to easyJet’s priorities.
- Model Fleet scenarios and the impact on the Schedule.
- Model the interaction of Procurement deals for future schedules.
- Support Operational Teams through what-if schedules.
- Build Schedules for different base scenarios and supporting NDF workstreams.
- Integrate Schedule scenarios for acquisition opportunities.
- Develop creative schedule solutions to improve long term schedule stability and overall profitability.

**Requirements of the Role**

**What you will need to do the role**:

- At least 3 years airline experience in a Scheduling, Ops Research or Network Development role
- Knowledge of advanced scheduling systems, including Sabre AirVision and Amadeus SkySYM, is preferred
- Proven advanced analytical skills and data modelling
- Love of data and ability to provide in-depth insights from it
- Ideally some experience in Sabre schedule building
- Knowledge of business research methodologies
- Expert knowledge of MS Excel essential
- Proven end-to-end project/task ownership and delivery
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast paced, changing environment
- Tenacity, focus and resilience to deliver the plan
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

**Location & Hours of Work**
- This is a full-time hybrid working role, we typically get together once a week in the office which is based at Luton Airport
