The Associate Director of Finance role offers an excellent financial package made up of:

The Associate Director of Finance role is based in Dereham, Norfolk and offers flexible, hybrid working opportunities.
As the Associate Director of Finance, you will oversee all of the day-to-day operations in the finance department which include:
- Payroll
- Credit control
- Purchase ledger
- Treasury & cashflow management
- Management accounts
- Reporting (including statutory audits)
- Banking
The finance department has 33 finance staff.
As the Associate Director of Finance, you will work closely with the managers and board of directors within the senior management team and also liaise directly with the directors of the venture businesses invested in by Recruit Ventures.
Be able to example excellent management and communication skills.
Any knowledge of SAP Business One is advantageous but not essential.
The Associate Director of Finance role also offers an excellent route into industry for those currently working in practice.
