**ABOUT US**

Avensys are one of the UK’s leading Bio-Medical Engineering companies, supplying and maintaining medical equipment as well as providing training to the nations (and in some cases beyond) Bio-Medical Engineers. Avensys has been growing for almost 15 years, but 3 years ago we were purchased by a German company Hermed, which has opened up many opportunities for us and has seen our growth rate increase. Despite our relatively new ownership, there is very much a family feel about the company, with the founder and CEO in every day and often found singing in the kitchen

**ABOUT YOU & THE ROLE**

Whilst Avensys is a professional company, we’re also friendly and personable. We’re looking for someone who embodies our values and can communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike. To be successful in this role, you must be organised as you’ll be welcoming visitors to Avensys in person or via the telephone, carrying out data entry tasks, updating and maintaining information on our computer systems. and carrying out other administration tasks. Administration experience would be desirable but is by no means essential as this is an entry-level position. Above all, we’re looking for someone with ambition and a smile, who’s motivated to work hard, exceed their targets and take advantage of the fantastic career progression opportunities we offer to our staff.

**THE TERMS**
- **Salary**: £18,525 Contract Term: Temporary.
- **Hours of Work**: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
- **Annual Leave**:23 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service to a maximum of 27 days).
- **Benefits**: Pension scheme, enhanced family friendly benefits, private medical insurance after 1 year of service, sick pay scheme.
