**Essential Criteria**

- Good stakeholder and supplier management.
- Exposure to IT Service Management Toolsets.
- Exposure to Service Management.
- Experience of working within a public sector environment and public sector governance.

**Desirable Criteria (Training will be provided in post)**
- Preferable 3+ years of ITSM experience.
- Exposure in delivering in fully outsourced, multi supplier run operation and programmes.
- Understanding of Service Management.
- Understanding of the Met IT Journey from an end user perspective with regards to raising incidents / faults and requests.
- Understanding of the ServiceNow ITSM platform and key IT Operation Modules (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, Strategic Portfolio Management, SAM Pro, Common Service Data Model).
- Understanding in ServiceNow (or other ITSM tool) ‘Out of the Box’ Ways of Working.
- Experience in pulling and creating dashboards and reporting information.
