We are a multi-faceted venue that prides itself on its award-winning restaurants, luxurious wedding and banqueting suites, and comfortable guest bedrooms.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Junior Account Assistant to join our team. If you possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you

**Key Skills and Abilities**:

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a knack for prioritisation
- Analytical mindset for problem-solving
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to thrive under pressure

**Your Main Responsibilities**:

- Prepare comprehensive end-of-week reports
- Compile accurate Profit & Loss reports
- Review stocktake reports for both wet and dry inventory
- Maintain and update the payment tracker, liaising with relevant department heads
- Proactively follow up with clients for payment
- Assist with ad-hoc duties to support bank reconciliation, as assigned by your line manager

**Our Requirements**:

- Preferred experience in a similar accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong IT skills
- An accountancy qualification would be highly desirable
- Minimum qualifications of Maths and English GCSEs
