Due to success within our respective markets over the last 12 months, we’re now on the lookout for Recruitment Consultants to join our ever-expanding team based from Preston City Centre.

Apricus Resourcing was formed in 2022, since then we’ve gone onto work with some of the UK’s leading providers within their spaces including council authorities, leading charities, NHS trusts & many more. We work within the Health, Social, Criminal Justice & Pharmacy sectors and have made excellent progress over the last 12 months. If you’re an experienced Consultant or a person with considerable sales experience we’d love to hear from you.

**The Role**

You’ll be working within a warm market that already has active clients and roles to work on meaning it won’t take you long to get up to speed. Genuine first year OTE is around £35,000 with year 2 being closer to £45,000 & year 3 £55-60,000

You’ll be given a comprehensive introduction package along with ongoing support to help you settle in to your new position. You’ll benefit from an introduction package along with 1-2-1’s with a director. We have a relaxed yet hard working environment so whilst you won’t have a manager breathing down your neck everyday, however, we do ensure full support is given where required.

We have aggressive growth plans for the next 24 months and this is an exciting opportunity for someone who likes the idea of growing and running their own team, there will be significant growth/promotion opportunities with salary increases at every stage.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
