We Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor/Team Leader for a client of ours based in Harrow, North West London.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be overseeing the daily duties of the warehouse operation alongside the Warehouse Manager, including motivating and leading the Teams to support best possible service levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating the daily duties in Goods-in and Goods-out
- Ensuring that the teams operate in a safe, efficient and effective manner to support the achievement of relevant warehouse costs and KPI targets
- Tracking and coordinating all picks in the warehouse
- Ensuring a smooth flow of packing process

Key Skills:

- Experience working within a warehouse environment as a Team Leader/Supervisor is compulsory
- Experience with packing chemicals and other hazardous goods will be beneficial.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Demonstration of a high level of flexibility to meet business requirements

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
