The purpose of this role is to provide extensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer including but not limited to the following:

- Calendar planning and meeting scheduling
- Recording and monitoring of meeting minutes and agreed actions
- Planning and booking of business travel
- Submitting business expenses for internal approval/payment
- Management of event planning for Board, Leadership and other meetings
- Ad hoc project and research support as required

**Key Accountabilities -**
- Assist the CEO in determining the best use of the CEO’s time.
- Proactively manage and organise a high-volume professional calendar across multiple regions, time zones and priorities.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and travel as necessary, including the facilitation of hospitality and catering as required.
- Organise and prepare for key Board, Leadership and other meetings, including gathering documents and coordinating the required meeting logistics.
- Proactively remind the relevant stakeholders of reporting deadlines.
- Create reports, presentations and other documents as required.
- Arrange complex and detailed international travel including flights, hotels, visas, ground transformation and itineraries.
- Develop and cultivate collaborative relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners.
- Develop effective processes to ensure efficient delivery of information.
- Attend Executive Leadership Team meetings as required to record minutes and actions points, and monitor progress for subsequent meetings.
- Processing expenses on behalf of the CEO.
- Provide ad hoc project support

**Skills and Experience -**
- Extensive executive administrative experience in a fast-growth environment.
- The ability to work to a high standard with little direction, often under pressure with the ability to be resourceful and multi-task.
- A proactive approach to work, with a high level of attention to detail and to deadlines.
- The ability to work collaboratively with ‘no task too big or small’, and build relationships across the business.
- Goode core computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understand business needs and the role the CEO plays.
- Ability to anticipate and use intuition to keep one step ahead of the CEOs workload and their daily needs.
- Deliver solutions by you find creating smart solutions to daily problems.
- Can be relied upon to think clearly, make informed decisions and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality is essential

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
