**Salary**: £29,224.83

Hours: Monday - Friday working 8am - 5pm

Location: Stratford, E15 2JZ

We’re recruiting for an experienced Handy Person join our Facilities Management team based at the brand new East Marshgate UCL Campus in Stratford.
- Experience of providing professional cleaning and caretaking services

You will be responsible for:

- Maintaining campus safety and security precautions at all times
- General building maintenance duties (eg) minor joinery repairs, minor plumbing repairs, door maintenance and painting
- Regular site walks, risk assessments and HSE audits
- Cleaning communal internal and external areas
- Where appropriate, unblocking drains, including kitchen drains (external to properties)
- Removing refuse bags and household items from hopper head areas, outside refuse chambers and other communal areas
- Movement of furniture, supplies, deliveries etc
- Maintain safe conditions and safe working practices within all the facilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £29,224.83 per year
