**The role**

We’re on the hunt for a social guru to join our talented social team. If you’re passionate about social media, love looking at homes and are ready to help create engaging content for our Rightmove fans, come and join our team.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Cultivating, growing and driving engagement with our social community via strong social content and community management.
- Own day-to-day running of the social calendar and scheduling on the Rightmove social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, with support from the social media manager and social/creative agency as appropriate
- Write social copy, schedule content and publish daily across platforms, adapting style and content to the audiences and role of the platform - from LinkedIn to TikTok. Work alongside the Social Media Manager to ensure the organic social activity is relevant and to a high standard.
- Be obsessed with all things social and stay abreast of latest platform developments and trending activity to identify opportunities for organic social to jump on.
- Create healthy and collaborative relationships across PR and content team to create multi-channel executions.
- Maintain and hone the Rightmove tone of voice, ensuring all posts are aligned with the brand.
- Be creative and agile in a fast-moving environment to maximise opportunities for connect trending moments to the brand.
- Assisting the social media manager on overseeing content strategy and end-to-end execution.
- Support on writing Influencer briefs and executing campaigns.
- Report on social engagement and traffic analytics on a daily, weekly and monthly level to gain learnings and direct future activity.
- Stay on top of social trends, providing feedback to the wider team on new innovations.
- Self-shoot, upload and edit video content for all of our channels.
- Help build and create our location guides content on TikTok and work with the team to develop new ideas for the channel.
- Initiative to go above and beyond what is asked, to demonstrate enthusiasm for your role in the social team and as a social expert in the wider marketing team.

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Passionate about social media, content creation, and influencers.

- Skilled at multitasking and adjusting to changing priorities.
- Up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends and influencer collaborations.
- Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and a love for learning.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting and influencing teams.
- Proficient in CapCut, Photoshop, or Canva.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Committed to delivering bold, effective communications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media and digital planning.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Able to follow content calendars and schedules seamlessly.
- Proficient in video editing and content creation for all platforms.
- Skilled in analysing data for reporting and identifying key trends.
