This is an excellent opportunity for anyone wishing to start or further their career in an administrative role, working in a fast paced environment.

We have 1 x permanent part time position available, to be worked on a jobshare basis, based at our Showroom in Barnstaple working 14 hours per week each, normally Wednesday, Saturday and alternate Saturdays off to be discussed.

Hours Worked are 9-4
- Strong numeracy skills
- Strong customer care skills
- Excellent communicator
- Well organised
- Computer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word programmes
- Must be comfortable in prioritising demanding workload and multi tasking.

An excellent telephone manner is essential as numerical, verbal and written communication with internal and external customers, colleagues and suppliers is required.

Role Responsibilities:
- Arranging sales appointments
- Processing paperwork for daily jobs
- Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
- Contacting customers
- Taking payments using an online portal
- Greeting customers in our showroom and helping them with any product queries
- General Admin duties

Full training on products will be provided
