**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training programs that address the specific needs of healthcare professionals.
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to groups of healthcare professionals.
- Assess trainee performance through various evaluation methods, such as exams and practical assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to trainees to facilitate their professional growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in healthcare practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards during training delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, trainee progress, and evaluation results.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the training team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as a healthcare trainer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare practices, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent instructional and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop effective training materials and deliver engaging training sessions.
- Experience with assessment and evaluation methods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using technology for training delivery and record keeping.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and advancements in healthcare.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
