**About Our Client**:
My client is a well known brand just north of Edinburgh.
- Application of Company Credit Policy and procedures;
- Accurately maintain customer accounts on ERP system;
- Accurately manage and allocate payment receipts;
- Manage multi-currency payments
- Efficient Order management, order monitoring and release, in accordance with CM Policy
- Manage the Company's risk to bad and doubtful debt;
- Monitor deductions and liaise with internal departments to ensure customer queries and deductions are resolved promptly;
- Liaise with Commercial team re customer accounts;
- Regularly review credit limits utilising credit reference agencies;
- Monitor requirements of Credit Insurance Policy
- Issue monthly statement of accounts with supporting documentation;
- Process card payments;
- Prepare AR reconciliations on a monthly and adhoc basis.
- Accounts Receivables and transactional reconciliation experience
- Provide regular reports to Credit Manager aged debt, cash inflow and ad hoc reports as required

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Background of International credit collection, including Letter of Credit procedures and international banking
- Membership (or studying towards membership) of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management is also desirable.
- Knowledge of D365
