Dividend Reconciliation Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Dividend Reconciliation Administrator to join an established project with a key investment’s provider. Where you will complete a range of administrative tasks and calculations regarding payments to and from client accounts,whilst also providing an excellent service for the clients.
Experience working in reconciliation and dividend calculations is essential, as well as a strong knowledge of securities, foreign securities, and core accounting procedures.
This role is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm, you will be required to work on a hybrid basis and visit the offices in central Bristol 1-2 days per week the rest of the time can be remote.
The role is paying £150-£200 per day via an umbrella depending on experience.
**As a Dividend Reconciliation Administrator, you will**:

- Complete Administrative functions in relation to payments to and from client accounts.
- Work with key clients to ensure the accurate and timely payment of Dividends to client accounts.
- Follow accounting procedures around dividend calculations and reconciliation calculations for client accounts.
- Work independently and take ownership of each client payment/ reconciliation from start to end.
- Work to client and regulatory policies and procedures at all times with a sound understanding of FCA regulations and CASS rules

**We are looking for a Dividend Reconciliation Administrator who has the following skills and experiences**:

- Knowledge of securities, foreign securities and dividends is essential
- Strong experience preforming reconciliations and accounting procedures
- Good experience of processing client cash and assets
- Knowledge of taxation and the subsequent reporting is beneficial
- Experience using key banking systems is preferable.
- Numerate, analytical with excellent IT systems orientation.
- You will also be required to complete a Criminal Records Bureau and Credit check for this project.
