**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform general construction labor duties such as painting, carpentry, etc.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on various facilities.
- Install windows, doors, siding, and other interior finishings.
- Perform landscaping and exterior work as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
- Ability to work well under pressure under supervision.
- Detail oriented with a high attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to follow instructions and be receptive to instructions.
- Ability to handle physical workload in a safe manner while being flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
