NHS Lanarkshire are looking to recruit a full time, fixed term (6 months) Clinical Secretary (Booking Office) based at Wishaw University Hospital within the surgical department.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive administrative service within the department to staff who utilise the endoscopy units in all three sites

**Knowledge, Training and/or Experience required to do the job**
- Good basic education.
- Understanding of a range of work procedures, all of which are non-routine, requiring an intermediate level of theoretical knowledge
- Expertise knowledge gained through experience of the endoscopy service within NHSL
- Expertise knowledge gained through experience of the range of administration procedures.
- Knowledge of Software programmes
- Understanding of medical terms and knowledge acquired through further experience.
- Good organisational and communication skills
