The Role

We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Stockport HQ. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
