**As a Recruitment Support Officer your main responsibilities would be**:

- Supply excellent support to line managers in relation to resourcing matters.
- Manage effective communication between COO and Functions in matters relating to resourcing.
- Maintain resourcing and recruitment trackers and produce regular management reports.
- Implement and maintain appropriate systems to enable effective planning and scheduling.
- Work with others to ensure a continuous improvement approach in all areas or resourcing and on payroll recruitment.
- Prepare performance reports and present statistics ¬Work with workforce planning data, using the information to support effective decision-making Working in the DDTS Recruitment Hub support vacancy holders' aspects of operational on payroll recruitment.
- Support DDTS People and Resource Board resource approvals process
- The procurement of resourcing related services within Delegated Financial Authority limits (requisitioning) ¬Manage a network of relationships with relevant Stakeholders and act as lead contact point for some aspects of recruitment process.
- Manage risks and issues and escalate as appropriate ¬Develop an understanding of DDTS and the DDaT (Digital, Data and Technology) profession.
- Take actions that promote the recruitment of protected groups and seek to promote and increase equality, diversity and inclusion.
- Manage the Recruitment Hub mailbox, acting as first contact point and actioning appropriately Deliverables ¬Responsible for aspects of recruitment in line with recruitment and resourcing plans. Working with key stakeholders to ensure recruitment is managed in priority order.
