**Duties**:

- Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service
- Manage and help train staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies and ingredients
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, bartending, and other tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong coffee making skills with experience in food and drink preparation
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality products and service delivery
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
