**About the Role**

Our award-winning culinary team, led by our Executive Chef, are the hub of our business and have a new opportunity for Back of House Supervisor to join them. The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising kitchen porters to ensure all back of house areas are kept clean and tidy and maintain kitchen hygiene standards by reviewing the cleaning schedules are attested for, and to train new hires into the department.

**Salary**

This is a permanent role with a salary of £27,103.44

**Skills/Requirements**
- Excellent Communication skills
- To supervise kitchen porters to ensure all back of house areas are kept clean and tidy and maintain kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ability to complete and archive necessary kitchen paperwork with regards to their duties.
- Be passionate about providing the highest levels of service to both the customers and the team
- Basic understanding of food hygiene
- Ability to work as part of a team to ensure kitchen, equipment and plate’s hygiene standards are maintained
