**Job Summary**: As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests. From warmly welcoming patrons to ensuring their dining experience is seamless and enjoyable, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch service in our café.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting guests with warmth and hospitality upon their arrival.
- Escorting guests to their tables and presenting menus.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and conveying them to the kitchen staff.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to service standards.
- Anticipating guests' needs and providing attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area, including table setups and general upkeep.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service.
- A passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
