L&q - Chair

L&Q is one of the UK’s leading housing associations and developers. We believe passionately that people’s health, security and happiness depend on where they live. We house around 250,000 people in more than 100,000 homes, primarily across London and the South East, and more recently in the North West of England. We are two years into our new five-year corporate strategy putting customers at the heart of L&Q, consolidating our financial strength and laying the foundations to tackle the biggest issues our sector is facing.

Aubrey Adams will be coming to the end of his term as Chair this year and we are now seeking his successor. This is an amazing opportunity to help us to deliver on our vision that everyone deserves a quality home that provides them with the opportunity to live a better life. We are operating in an uncertain and challenging political and economic environment, but we are excited about our future and seek an experienced individual with the future-focused leadership to ensure L&Q remains a leading social housing provider and developer.
