Aon are currently recruiting an M&A Associate to join our M&A and Transactional Solutions team based in London.

This is a Hybrid role that will involve some office and home-based working.

**What the day will look like**
- Client relationship management (direct clients and/or network)
- Client meetings
- Provide technical wording advice to client/network
- Provide technical training / guidance to colleagues
- Define marketing strategy (specific to placement)
- Review Submission
- Lead quote broking / Follow market broking
- Present terms to client / network
- Record broking activity in market sheets
- Review draft / final MRC
- Send Cover confirmation to client/network
- Respond to A/C queries
- Establish and manage pipeline

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Good knowledge of Infrastructure and Mergers & Acquisitions, preferably from an accounting, counsultancy or legal background
- Preferably some understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes
- Ability to use insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service
- Experience of managing effective client relationships;
