Physician Associate

The practice has a multi-disciplinary team looking after a registered population. You will be working with an **established practice team** providing general practice services to the registered local population.

We are expanding our multidisciplinary team with allied health professionals working alongside GPs, Nurses, Paramedics and Pharmacists.

We currently employ PA’s and based on the positive experience and as part of our new service redesign we are looking for a further 2 Physician Associates to join our clinical multidisciplinary teams.

The post will be based within an established supportive local site team. All of our practices hosting PA’s and Advanced Care Practitioners.

We are looking for either PA’s with experience in General Practice or new graduates to participate in the preceptorship training programme.

- Dedicated development time for experienced PA’s
- Participation in the PA Preceptor ship training scheme for newly qualified PA’s if eligible. Those who qualify will have weekly tutorials with their supervisors or other dedicated team members.
- In-house appraisals to plan and review your development.
- EMIS Web, Docman workflow management with a dedicated centralised back office team providing workflow optimisation and support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-37.5 per week

**Salary**: From £42,000.00 per year
