As Line Infrastructure Engineer your role will be to provide 3rd line support, ensuring the maintenance of the groups' global infrastructure on a daily basis, ensuring that all infrastructure operations are online with mínimal downtime. The prime focus isto actively monitor and maintain O365, Azure, Security controls and network devices, while proposing and delivering enhancements to the environment.

**Your role will involve**:

- Managing Microsoft 365 & Azure AD in an enterprise environment
- Ensure the groups infrastructure sustains a high level of uptime
- Perform proactive maintenance on all infrastructure devices to ensure all devices are secure, up-to-date and patched
- Provide 3rd Line IT Support to resolve IT tickets pro-actively and time sensitive manner
- Ensure the groups infrastructure can sustain planned business growth and project implementations, via effective capacity planning technics
- Own the maintenance, integrity, change and testing of the groups IT backup and recovery policies.

**Technical skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in a similar role for a fast paced organisation, and able to manage change on a regular basis
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure and 365
- AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator
- SC900 Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
- MD100 + MD101 Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrators (autopilot / endpoint manager)
- Strong skills and experience in Implementing & managing single sign on, MFA and conditional access rules in Azure.
- Strong Skill and experience in managing, maintaining, deploying Intune & Autopilot
- Strong knowledge and awareness of Security & Compliance
- Advanced Windows Server skills, including DHCP, DNS, WSUS, Security, AD, GPO.
- Advanced PowerShell and scripts skills
- Monitoring best practices and configuration
- Meraki Administration with Firewall, Switches, Access Points
- Certification in AWS desirable
