**Client Support Assistant**

We are currently recruiting an ambitious Client Support Assistant to join our client based in Barnsley town centre.

The role involves working within a busy payroll environment assisting the team to fully register new workers each week, whilst also liaising with clients in various industry sectors.

**Benefits**:

- Training on various cloud-based systems and compliance
- Hybrid working option (upon passing probation period)

**Hours/Pay**:

- £9.50 per hour
- Monday to Friday between 8.30am - 5pm

**Main duties of the job**:

- Handling large volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Dealing with basic registration and payroll queries.
- Working with an online ‘ticket’ system for customer support.
- Registering personal details accurately and inputting data into a CRM.
- Sending out terms and conditions for electronic signature.
- Carrying out compliance checks including Right to Work in the UK/ID verification.
- Cross-referencing data which has been inputted.

**Skills Required**:

- Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
- Previous admin, recruitment or call centre experience would be an advantage.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines is essential.
- Solid administration and self-organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Good people skills and a friendly nature.
- Taking initiative to solving problems and queries.
