The job
- Entry and reconciliation of ledgers
- Code, match and input stock and non-stock supplier invoices
- Process intercompany invoices
- Reconciliation of suppliers’ monthly statements and internal expenses
- Resolve queries from suppliers and other departments
- Payment runs
- Assist with month-end/year end accounts and procedures
- Supply of audit information
- Support with ad hoc finance tasks

**We will be looking for**:
- Experience in a finance role in a fast-paced environment with high volumes
- Great communications skills/ability to relay key information to colleagues
- Proficiency in MS Excel at intermediate to advanced level
- A proactive attitude to work
- The ability to work to strict deadlines and the willingness to work additional hours if needed (time to be taken back in lieu)
- A firm but fair approach to dealing with colleagues and their expenses
- Attention to detail
- A team player
