***Shift**: Night Shift, Midnight to 8am, Sunday to Thursday
***Pay**:£19.23 per hour
Are you an experienced Blockman with a passion for fish filleting? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at a bustling Fresh Fish Production and Distribution facility in Sevenoaks, Kent.
***Role Overview**:
As an Experienced Blockman, you will bring your expertise in fish filleting to our dynamic team. Working in a fast-paced cold chiller environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and precise processing of high-quality fish products.
***Responsibilities**:
- Perform skilled fish filleting and processing tasks to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Mentor and support trainee filleters, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols in the workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow.
***Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Blockman or Fish Filletter, with expertise in filleting various types of fish.
- Ability to work night shifts from midnight to 7am, Sunday to Thursday.
- Strong understanding of hygiene and safety practices in a food production environment.
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
