My client, a global organisation with offices across the UK is seeking an HR Manager to join them on a permanent, hybrid basis.

Reporting into the HR Director and working 2/3 days from home Duties include:

- Provide expert advice in all HR matters related to the site, operating at both a strategic and an operational level
- Deliver support and guidance to the business and ensure the implementation of best practice policies and procedures
- Enforce and promote best practice across the site
- Work with the Site Managers and Senior Managers to develop effective HR procedures that reflect business targets and people management strategies
- Management of generalist HR Services teams
- Introduce and drive change management initiatives across the business
- Oversee investigations and complex employee relations issues
- Evaluate and make recommendations to UK Operations Director and UK HR Director, on cost effective training and development programmes
- Act as the externally facing representative for the HR Team
- Ensure all payroll processes and pre-employment checks are complete and in line with UK Policies
- Maintain all employment related documentation within the structured framework of the HR document management system
- Update appropriate forms when an employee receives a promotion/salary amendments or their personal circumstances change via the HR System
- Oversee all HR site reporting
- Support when required with screening job applicants to obtain information such as education and work experience.
- Providing accurate payroll reports regarding sickness absence (paid/unpaid), holiday accruals and leaver details by payroll cut-off dates
- Contacting agencies in regard to lateness, absenteeism and temporary staff feedback
- Ensuring all HR KPI’s are met on a month basis and analysis provided weekly
- Ensuring all recruitment and staffing logistics both permanent and temporary are feasible and completed
- Have extensive experience in a Senior HR role at multi-site level.
- BE Qualified CIPD member.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills, ability to multitask and work independently.
- Excellent understanding of call centre practices, KPIs etc.
- Experience of creating and implementing HR strategies in a complex and fast moving environment.
- Background of working with senior level staff and key stakeholders.
- Thorough knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
