Excellent.

We are looking for the best server in the business for Trentina.

With a fortnightly rotating food and wine menu featuring the freshest seasonal ingredients, we need you to know your artichokes from your aubergines and your Lambrusco from your Lambrini. Product knowledge is key, as is a happy demeanour and an eye for customer service.

What do we want from you?
- A passion for all things food and drink that matches the rest of the venue - our chef’s hearts and souls going into making delicious food, it’s an easy sell
- Your attendance for roughly forty hours per week including the fortnightly Friday cook-off (with a notebook and willingness to learn - sod it, we might even open a bottle of wine to try)

What do you get from me?
- £11p/h plus service charge - equating to £300-400 per month
- Every Monday off
