**Senior Personal Assistant**
I am exclusively working with a fantastic client in the Chorley area - recruiting a Senior Level PA for them. A client I have worked alongside for many years. it has been exciting and impressive to watch their extensive growth and development.
They are a well-known name in the property field and have an incredible working culture and great company ethos. They are progressive - priding themselves on still providing an outstanding service whilst consistently growing.
I am looking for somebody to come in and work with a Senior EA - providing comprehensive support to the Owner of the company. No two days will be the same - my client requires somebody with proven experience, flexibility and a real ability to be able to handlea fast-paced workload.
Key duties you will undertake as a Senior PA will be:

- Personal assistance to the Owner - this will include overseeing his private travel (including helicopter) overseeing his rental properties, arranging family events, managing his personal fleet of vehicles, overseeing the housekeeping team etc.
- Covering the PA phone line in the offices
- Travel and accommodation support for the wider team
- Paperwork management for current properties owned
- Arranging calls and meetings regularly
- Creating presentations and distributing agendas
- Handling internal requests quickly and efficiently

This is a fairly unique role. The rewards and career prospects are brilliant - but you must be willing to put in the hard work.
**My client will expect somebody to have the flexibility to work into the evenings on certain days, and be available for phone calls over the weekend.**
