**Responsibilities**:

- Manage ERP data process deliverables and tasks.
- Work with specialists to develop an understanding of ERP data and its links across business areas.
- Document and communicate data structures and links to the different functional and transactional areas.
- Ensure appropriate classification of data and associated controls to mitigate risk.
- Provide support to the global data and business process owners and wider business for query resolution, special projects, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all data maintenance practices adhere to data policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Develop documentation, to support training and communications.
- Carry out periodic maintenance for data, such as cleansing to rid the system of old, unused data or duplicate data.
- Refine key processes and implement improvements to existing data structures to help resolve data quality issues while ensuring compliance, consistency, and control of ERP data.
- Active involvement in testing cycles to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and optimization of processes based on performance measures, benchmarking, customer feedback, lessons learned, and audit.

**Requirements**:
Essential
- Strong knowledge of data management, structures, quality concepts, and processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail to provide accurate data entry and ability to organize, evaluate, and produce complex data.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across a large business with multiple functional groups.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong level of IT skills including Microsoft Office skillset.
- Good understanding of key business processes.
- Accurate and efficient document administration skills.
- Familiarity with compliance and using a QMS.

Desirable
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skill set.
- Previous experience in handling data management within an ERP system.
- Technical and business knowledge to solve problems, execute data analysis and data cleansing processes.
- Understanding of modern data management concepts and data quality approaches, tools, techniques, vendor landscape, and best practice.
- Ability to develop detailed process plans.
- Experience in managing stakeholders and continuous improvement.

**Salary range**: £31,496 - £41,339
