Manager’s Asisstant

As a Manager’s Assistant you have the responsibility to help the Manager to ensure that care is delivered to the highest standard of quality. You will undertake local Quality Audits in line with regulatory and contractual requirements and will support the Manager in other tasks related to the Quality of Care and the Resident Safety.
This role would suit a forward thinking, professional individual who is looking for their next career move within an established and expanding business. Experience within the Health and Social Care sector and knowledge of regulatory compliance is essential, along with a welcoming and accurate attitude, attention for detail, and being proficient in computer skills.
Your duties will include:

- To conduct Quality Audits in line with regulatory and contractual requirements
- To monitor compliance ensuring all Resident and Employee files are maintained and updated as required
- To carry out observations of the Care provided by our staff
- To assist the management in other tasks related to the Quality of Care and the Resident Safety, including ROTA planning and supervision of the domestic and kitchen teams
- To communicate effectively with management and other internal teams as required

**Salary**: £16.50 to 17.60 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
