**The team**

Do you want to be part of the most important team in ITV? Do you want to make sure that payroll is processed for circa 6,000 earnings payments per month to ITV's employees and freelancers? If so, come and join us and start your career within a great payroll team, it's funfrantic at times, but very rewarding each month.... And remember, payrollers will always be needed in every company.

**The role**
- Depending on the time of the monthly cycle, the role will involve processing, checking, dealing with queries and running reports

**Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)**
- Numeracy skills
- Focus on customer service
- Attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Openness and willingness to learn
- Excel and other IT skills

**Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)**
- Have a willingness to learn new skills with the appropriate training
- Demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude
- Good understanding of how to use technology in an office environment for example use of the Google suite, zoom
- You will be friendly and approachable, respectful to all of your ITV colleagues
- You’ll have the ability to maintain a positive attitude, even when under pressure and working to deadlines

**Eligibility/Entry Criteria**

As this is a Level 3 Apprenticeship, we require you to have/be predicted to achieve the below qualifications:

- You have lived within the UK/EEA for a minimum of 3 years consecutively
- You meet the entry criteria for the apprenticeship as listed above
- You cannot have achieved the qualification already and you must not already be in full time education at the point of enrolment
