We supply independent Butcher Shops, Catering Butchers and Restaurants throughout the UK.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team.
**Duties will include but are not limited to**:
- Boning Beef Fore's, Flanks and Rumps
- Breaking down carcasses from sides into primal
- Daily clean down
- Any associated paperwork
- Good knowledge of carcass anatomy
- Good knife Skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- keen eye for detail
- FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE would be advantageous as you may be required to help out with deliveries to cover holiday's.
We offer 29 days holiday per year -Pro Rata
Monday to Thursday - 6.30am - 2.30pm
Friday 5.30am - 1.30pm
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
Work Location: In person
