We’re looking for a confident and passionate Wellness Travel Advisor to join our growing team at Health Travel. If you have a background in luxury travel and have a keen interest in health and wellness, we would love to hear from you. You will be working with luxury hotels around the world to design remarkable holidays and retreats for clients, including bespoke itineraries and personalised wellness programmes.

Successful applicants will work closely with the marketing team and company directors to make sure the client journey from the point of enquiry to journey is as smooth as possible. Initiative to develop your own world class product knowledge and supplier relations is vital. Organisation and teamwork is key, to track enquiries, sales and to develop inspirational trips based on discussions with clients.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience in luxury travel industry
- Experience in tailor-made itineraries and quotes
- Experience handling inbound customer enquiries from a range of channels - web forms, phone calls, whatsapp
- Experience in wellness travel preferable (knowledge on Medical Spas & programs preferable) - or a keen interest to quickly learn about the sector
- Experience in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
- Industry knowledge of hotels, destinations, experiences
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organised
- Must be an entrepreneurial self-starter, driven to give outstanding customer service leading to sales
- Excellent written communication skills
- Degree (or equivalent)
