**Key Responsibilities**
**General**:
- Arrange meetings, book rooms and take minutes of meetings when required.
- Manage recruitment - Recruitment request forms, advertising, arranging interviews, sending out regret/offer letters.
- Manage the team’s uniform and PPE as required.
- Deal with supplier’s invoice queries and chase up with the accounts department.
- General support to manager, team leaders and staff.
**Responsibilities/duties**:
- Various routine audits
- Perform in house quality checks as necessary.
- General administration, word processing and filing.
**Essential Skills**
- Computer literate with proficiency in using Microsoft and excel
- The ability to create and provide accurate and detailed reports on your practices.
- Participate in and attend other meetings as required.
Personnel and Training
- Attend all training courses as requested by your manager.
- Assist with the inducting/coaching of the new staff when requested.
**NB**: This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the Technical Administrator and the range of duties to be undertaken. It does not attempt to detail every activity. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder at regular intervals.
