Flt Counterbalance Driver

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for **FLT Counterbalance Drivers** to work in their leading facility in **Telford.**

**This will be working 12-hour shifts, for the first 2-4 weeks you will just work days (7.00AM - 19.00PM), but once fully trained you will be required to work both days and nights.**

**For the successful FLT Counterbalance Driver our client is offering**:

- Starting rate of £10.50 per hour, rising to £11.86 per hour once fully signed off
- 12 hour shifts (rotating days and nights) once fully trained
- Temp-Perm positions
- Overtime available paid at 40% **(ONCE FULL TIME)**

**The role - FLT Counterbalance Driver**:

- Feeding production with materials
- Load and dispatch parts within the yard
- Daily use of a forklift truck
- Completing paperwork within the warehouse
- Manual warehousing work will also be involved at times.
- Following health & safety guidelines whilst on site

**What our client is looking for in an FLT Counterbalance Driver**:

- You must hold a current Counterbalance license refreshed in the last 3 years - **ESSENTIAL**
- Previous experience in a similar role - **ESSENTIAL**
