The consultant in question, will need to be able to do the following:
Provide an enthusiastic & proactive outlook with excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills, providing tactical and strategic solutions on service delivery and inclusive talent attraction strategies. Meeting and exceeding forecasted sales and delivery targets, to achieve individual and overall team / departmental / client budgets, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), following company guidelines and processes.**Position Information**:

- Working Hours: 8:00am - 5.30pm- Working Week: Monday to Friday (No weekend work)- Duration: Permanent Position - Full Time- Probation: 6 months (with a 3-month review)- Company Car: Eligible after probation (with Shell fuel card)**Essential Behaviours**:
