Housekeeping Supervisor

**About this Role**

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our multi-cultural Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Supervisor.

You will be working as part of the Housekeeping management team, ensuring all bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas are cleaned, sanitised, and set to a high standard - with the ultimate aim being our guests have a positive and memorable experience.

**What we’re looking for**
- You will need to have had previous experience in either cleaning rooms or supervising a team of people
- You will need to be able to take responsibility for the day to day running of Housekeeping in a venue
- You will need to be hands on and able to use your initiative and work alone where needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- You must be standards driven with a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail is key
- The natural urge to be helpful
- Someone who is hardworking and a team player and wants to progress
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week
- Someone who is a people person, a smile goes a long way
- Someone who will embrace the Wyboston culture
