This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced Healthcare Assistant who is looking to develop their knowledge and skills working within the Children’s Ward at Colchester Hospital.

We have full time or part time hours to offer.

The successful applicant will work as part of the nursing team within Children’s Services to provide a high standard of child and family centred care. The post holder will be an advocate for children and their families.

They will promote child focussed, family-centred care and provide effective liaison with the multi-disciplinary team and other professional colleagues and agencies involved within the child’s care.

The post holder will act as a role model in the delivery of patient care, support and teach staff contributing to the development of the service.
